How does the delivery work?
If your order is placed before 12 noon, we will schedule it to be delivered between 2-6 pm on the same day.

Can I sign up for my children?
Yes! Your account will have access to your children's (below 18 years old) sub-accounts upon signing up with Singpass! As we are just starting up with the sub-accounts initiative, only Skin Rash & Acne is available for your child's account.

What happens if I need to change my medication delivery address after I’ve confirmed it?
WhatsApp us at +65 8951 1595 and we will assist you with the necessary steps.

Why does the doctor need to Video Call me on my first order?
The doctor will be giving a Video Call via WhatsApp on your first order with us to ensure that your consultation process has been smooth, and to answer any questions you might have.

Video Consult: What happens if I miss the Video Call by the doctor?
Our doctor will be giving you a Video Call 15-30 mins after your payment has been effected. On a best effort basis, the doctor will give you a call up to 3 times in case you missed the first or second call.

Video Consult: What happens after my video consultation with the doctor?
If the doctor has prescribed additional medications during the video consultation, you will receive an EMAIL notification from us to make the excess payment.
Your medications, receipt and MC will be delivered to your preferred address between 2-6 pm on the same day if your consultation ends before 12 noon.
If you have not been prescribed any medication during the video consultation, you may download your MC and receipt from your order details page anytime (if required).

Why do I need to upload my past medication labels before I can order certain prescription medications?
For a small number of prescription medications, we can be reasonably certain that it is safe for you to consume without verifying your previously prescribed medication labels.
For all other prescription medications, we need to ensure that the medications have been prescribed to you previously by a registered doctor and no adverse reactions were observed when consumed.

Why should I upload my history of previously prescribed medication labels?
As we only keep in stock a selected range of medications and brands, uploading your past medication labels will help us to increase our inventory based on your needs.

Will I get the exact same brand of medication as my uploaded medication label?
When a medication label is uploaded, we will verify and match it to our medications in stock. You may receive a different brand as compared to the one you uploaded.
However, it will always be an identical medication in terms of composition and active ingredients that has been approved for sale by the Health Sciences Authority of Singapore (HSA).
